This kit is entirely overwhelming at times. There are a little over 7.35m and then the small number of 2” squares you need for the colours less than ten squares needed of the various 44 fabrics. And you also get 6.5m of vlieseline’s Quilter’s Grid to try and make the process considerably easier in the making. The kit cutting process has taken a considerable time so these kits will be posted out as soon as the kits are cut and ready. Forty five reusable bags are provided to help keep your kit in order and the pattern is free from the Tilda World Basics website. A free print out of the pattern will be included in your kit. This is not charged for this and the pattern’s copy right is entirely that of Tilda World.
The kit is made up of fabric to make the 2” squares you need to complete the quilt strips of 2.5”, 5”, 7”, 9” and 12.5” have been cut to make the kit for you based on the number of squares you need of each of the 44 fabrics. You have a little bit over your required 3m of the Sky Teal REPLACEMENT background fabric FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER DUE TO STOCK SHORTAGES IN THE U.K. and a little over 6.5m of the quilter’s grid. You have a checklist sheet to tick of when you have cut the required amount of squares and each of the 44 fabrics are sent in 30 micron plastic resealable bags labeled with your fabric number on. Your pattern is also printed and included in your kit.
